This document describes the duties, responsibilities, and required skills and experience for the position of AI Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop AI architecture to support LLM, LVLM, and deep learning models.
- Create and maintain application interfaces for AI models.
- Implement and maintain automated reinforcement learning mechanisms within the AI architecture.
- Plan and design GPU infrastructure to support AI platform.
- Optimize performance of AI models and applications while maximizing utilization of available GPU and CPU resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AI frameworks
- Expert proficiency and experience with the following technologies:
- AI/ML model architectures
- AI/ML model training and fine tuning
- AI/ML toolsets and frameworks
- Strong proficiency and experience with the following technologies:
- Java and Python language programming
- SQL database design and querying
- Windows and Unix-like operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Reporting and Metrics
This position is responsible for the following metrics:
- Model accuracy and automation rates
- Automation pipeline throughput
- Service and application uptime
