Job Description

HumCap's client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager that will be focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. This role also involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting and client outreach
  • Customize sales strategies based on client needs
  • Lead the full sales process for new customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and attend trade shows
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, especially in services
  • Strong skills in prospecting, presentations, and closing deals
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with industries like OEMs, carriers, retail distributors, and insurance return programs
