Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate qualified opportunities
- Identify and engage target accounts across Premier’s lifecycle and tech services offerings
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit, need, and timing
- Schedule and transition qualified meetings to senior sales team members
- Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM (SFDC)
- Support advancement of small to mid-sized opportunities through proposal and close
- Operate within a structured, metrics-driven environment (activity, meetings, pipeline contribution)
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable with KPIs, reporting cadence, and accountability
