Job Description
HumCap’s client is seeking a Client Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through proactive relationship management, product guidance, and ongoing support. This role focuses on account renewal and growth, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value.

- Account Management: Own and nurture client accounts while identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities to support revenue goals and long term retention.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and expectations through consistent communication and regular check ins.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client questions and concerns, partnering with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions.
- Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of available products and services to help clients maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.
- Client Feedback: Gather and relay client insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous product and service improvements.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding initiatives and training sessions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor account health and implement strategies to strengthen client retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client success initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts
- Goal driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in client success, account management, or a similar client facing role
