HumCap’s client in the industrial distribution industry is searching for an Executive Assistant and Receptionist. With a 75+ year legacy of service in Texas, this family owned company has experienced exciting growth. In the past 5 years they have increased revenue 3X and employ over 400 people. This individual will help manage front-desk operations and provide high-level support to executives. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle a range of administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist executives with travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling expenses.
- Inventory and ordering of break room supplies and office supplies
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving packages and handling mail.
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist, executive assistant, or administrative role.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience answering phones
- Customer Service Experience: 2 years (required)
- Professional appearance and solid worth ethic
- Proficient in MS office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
