Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities, subject to change based on organizational needs, including but not limited to the following:
Field Maintenance Operations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical field preferred.
· 8+ years of experience in field maintenance, equipment service, or manufacturing maintenance.
· Prior experience leading or coordinating technicians required
· Hands on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or automated systems.
Travel Requirement:
Field Maintenance Operations
- Support daily field maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective service response.
- Assist in planning preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for field deployed equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance, service issues, and downtime, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Assist in supervising, coordinating, and supporting field maintenance technicians.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on the job support to field staff.
- Support technician scheduling, workload balancing, and shift coverage.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex mechanical, electrical, or automation issues.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet Lite On quality standards and customer requirements.
- Track service history, repeat issues, and root causes to drive reliability improvements.
- Support development and execution of preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, standard work, and maintenance procedures.
- Enforce Lite On safety policies and field service safety standards.
