Partner Development Manager (PDM)
Location: On-Site
Overview
The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for building and activating a high-performing partner ecosystem to support Client’s Tech Services business. This role focuses on recruiting net-new partners and driving partner-sourced pipeline—not simply managing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard OEM, SI, MSP, and VAR partners aligned to Client's offerings
  • Develop and execute partner outreach strategies to generate new channel relationships
  • Clearly articulate Client’s lifecycle and tech services value proposition to potential partners
  • Activate partners to drive pipeline through co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Collaborate with Tech Services leadership to align partner strategy with market priorities
  • Track partner performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in partner/channel development or indirect sales
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and activating net-new partners
  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, MSPs, or VARs
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate services into partner value
  • High level of professionalism and communication skills
