HumCap is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Account Executive who thrives on building connections, opening doors, and helping businesses solve real talent and HR challenges.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves networking, consultative selling, and becoming a trusted advisor to executives across the DFW business community.
You will work directly with business leaders while partnering internally with some of the top HR and recruiting professionals in the market.

- Develop and grow new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development
- Leverage your existing network while continuously building new executive-level relationships
- Generate and qualify leads across HR, recruiting, payroll, PEO, HRIS, benefits, and talent consulting opportunities
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations with business leaders and hiring executives
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Partner closely with recruiting and HR delivery teams to create winning client solutions
- Attend networking events, business associations, and community functions to expand HumCap’s brand presence
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements for prospective clients
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their people, growth, and organizational challenges
- Help contribute to HumCap’s high-energy, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
Experience
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-driven consulting
- Experience selling professional services or intangible solutions strongly preferred
- Background in HR services, recruiting, payroll, staffing, PEO, HRIS, benefits, consulting, or related industries is a major plus
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable engaging with executives, founders, and decision-makers
- DFW-based candidates strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience with a strong track record of success will absolutely be considered
