Job Description

HumCap's client, a health tech company based in Dallas, TX, is looking to hire a Senior Fullstack Engineer for their team. The company is working on their arbitration platform, so you will be part of the core engineering team working on this project. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize back-end services and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Collaborate with the front-end team (Angular) to ensure seamless data flow and strong API contracts.
  • Build and improve microservices deployed to Azure, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Design and maintain SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and data access layers via Entity Framework Core.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer feedback, and agile sprint planning.
  • Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system performance, and suggest enhancements.
  • Contribute to ongoing modernization and refactoring of the arbitration platform.
Technical Skills
  • 8+ years professional experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience (SQL Server preferred).
  • Proficiency with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM.
  • Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks (React, Blazor, Vue).
  • Working knowledge of Azure services, including App Services, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed system design.
  • Strong understanding of Git, version control, and agile workflows.
  • Exposure to authentication and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
