Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design effective our client solutions that fit business needs.
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, articulating the value and capabilities of our client products and services.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, statements of work, and solution architectures.
- Serve as a technical expert throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Assist in the onboarding, configuration, and integration of solutions at client sites.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies relevant to our client’s offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud services, APIs, and software integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with POS systems or hospitality technology solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and support.
